submit service requests, but also to check the status of these requests as they are being worked on. Service requests can be submitted
to both Campus Life Services - Housing Services, and Campus Life Services - Programs & Services for facilities maintenance needs.

Please be aware that the system is taken offline Monday through Friday from 10pm to 12am for backup. If you
are having problems outside of this time frame, please let us know, and we will do our best to
accommodate your needs.
